When you hear the name Ronica you will think of her as a survivor. She has survived high interest rates, low interest rates, seller’s market, buyer’s market and now what they are calling “the shift.” Let’s not forget the bigger survivor of them all, she is a cancer survivor!
Ronica Warden is a Tulsa native and well known throughout the Green Country area. She is happily married to retired Claremore Firefighter Captain Jim Warden, in which they have four children, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. When she’s not with her family, you can most likely find her out and about in the community. Ronica is currently serving on the Volunteers for Youth Board of Directors.
She always had intentions of becoming a realtor when she retired but with the support of her husband saying “why don’t you just do it now?,” she dove right in. Ronica is now a veteran of the industry and as always eager to help with all of your real estate needs.

Summer Coday
Real Estate Agent
Summer Warden Coday is a Claremore native and graduated from Claremore High School. She is a wife and mother of three and “Emme” to three grandkids.
You may know her through JDRF, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She is known for her ability to raise funds and campaign for kids diagnosed with diabetes including her own daughter Elisa, who was diagnosed at the age of three. Her daughter inspired the song “She’s Ready To Go”. Summer is also the recipient of the 2023 JDRF Barbara DeKraai Memorial Award. We couldn’t be more proud of her work and the heart she brings to all she does.
Summer is not one to have much free time, she’s a little busy bee. The little down time she has you can typically find her on the farm or with family. On her farm she raises chickens. Spending time with family is important to her, but she loves to have a night out with her husband, Kelly, on a dance floor.

Stephanie Schivally
Real Estate Agent
Stephanie was born and raised in Claremore. As a graduate of Claremore High School, she decided to stay close to home and attend Rogers State University to follow her dreams. While attending RSU, she competed as a collegiate softball player. When she wasn’t on the softball field, you could find her in the classroom completing her bachelor’s degree in Business – Accounting. With her thirst for knowledge, she attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University for a master’s degree in Business – Entrepreneurship.
As Stephanie finished up her degree she found her love and passion to help others. She loved helping the children of the community while coaching junior high softball for Claremore Public Schools. She now spends her time serving the community through volunteer hours on local boards.
When Stephanie isn’t helping others with their dreams you can find her doing almost anything outdoors. She loves to spend time with her family, most the time you can find them working away on the family ranch. As much as she loves to help others with their dreams, she loves to follow her dreams too. A lot of her dreams include traveling to a good mountain for a hike or a nice relaxing beach for some refreshing air.
